Review:
The next successor of the Tekken series. While having the same mechanics as a fighting game, this new games boasts a wider roster than its predecessor. The new fighters added were:

With these new fighters come also the wider albeit more complicated customization option. Why is it complicated you ask? well Tekken 6 now allows the player to customize the character's hair to their liking, but it does require a bit of planning.

Tekken 6 also Has the same amount of game modes as Tekken: Dark Resurrection but with the addition of the ghost battle. The arcade mode allows you to fight 10 different fighters randomly chosen from the 37 fighters in game, with a bonus round allowing you to gain more gold if you can beat the (unbeatable) robot NANCY-MI847J. After you finish the Bonus round you get to face a juiced up Jin Kazama and get past him you face the final boss, the irritating Azazel. The ranks were overhauled in this game, now ranging from Beginner (lowest) to Tekken God (highest).

For the Story mode, the rounds were reduced from the 10 rounds of Tekken 5 to 4 rounds only in this game. In the story mode you will fight 2 pre-determined fighters, Jin Kazama and Azazel. Win the story mode then you will get a unique cutscene  which is either canon or not.

The network battle is still the same as Tekken 5, you fight your friends locally using the Local Area Network (LAN) but in this game, you and your friends can share and download each others Ghost Data. Instructions for Fighting or connecting locally are down below:

PSP (even though it says Tekken 5, it still works the same way)

And for the new mode known as the Ghost Battle, you fight your own self (wait, what?). Here's how it works, you play the arcade mode and if you get defeated using a character, the system will ask if you want to save your ghost data a.k.a. your previous match record. With your Ghost data saved, you will now have the ability to fight yourself using that saved data, but you can only fight the ghost data of the character you saved but like i said, you can also fight your friend's Ghost Data.

In this game I mained both Lars and Steve

My Verdict for this Game:

(8/10)
This game rising up to be better than its previous version is no surprise, with a wider array of fighters, a better customization option and a new Ghost Battle Mode. With its graphics being "Okay" for its age, it is still a great choice for playing either for leisure or competitions.
